WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Manage the Company’s user acquisition strategy for a portfolio of 12+ games across five platforms
  • Manage UA efforts including building, tracking, and optimizing UA campaigns on Facebook, Adwords, ASA and advertising networks
  • Manage communications with advertising partners in order to optimize campaign performance
  • Create UA performance overviews to report to company and partners
  • Manage Player Engagement team’s UA efforts as part of engagement and acquisition plans
  • Manage budget balancing of advertising in current and new channel
    implementations
  • Evaluate and action on campaigns based on ROI, ROAS and pLTV
  • Seek, test, and evaluate new advertising channels/partners
  • Work with design team to develop creative assets for advertising campaigns
  • Innovate new ways to develop and constantly improve UA strategies

SKILLS YOU’LL NEED

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness and ability to “own it”
  • Minimum 3-5 years user acquisition experience in mobile games
  • Experience working in the social/mobile freemium game industry
  • Extensive knowledge of best practices for Facebook and Google advertising
  • Excellent data analysis skills and experience working in a metrics-driven role
  • Highly organized and attention to detail
  • High achiever who is self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to succeed with and without direction
  • Passion for staying up to date on everything UA
  • Top-notch sense of humor, wicked smart mind, and initiative to be the CEO of UA
  • Bachelor’s degree in math, marketing or finance
